Harvesting and production technique
The treaded grapes are placed in maceration for 12 hours to extract the typical aromas. Alcoholic fermentation follows at 18°C.

It’s excellent with cheeses, smoked cured meats, asparagus dishes, omelettes and herb risottos or with any vegetarian dishes.


The Sauvignon vine is included among the semi-aromatic varieties, which are those which, during maturation, synthesize compounds called methoxypyrazines which give the wine aromas that make it immediately recognizable.
