Harvesting and production technique
The grapes were harvested early and vinified in white, to safeguard the freshness of the wine. After sedimentation, the must ferments at a temperature of 19°C in steel containers.
Organoleptic characteristics
Colour: intense straw yellow.
Bouquet: fragrant and fruity with delicate hints of apple.
Flavour: fresh thanks to the elegant acidic hint, pleasant for its persistence and the consistent structure.
It goes wonderfully with classic Italian appetizers, elaborate first courses, fish and white meat dishes.
