Lison Classico DOCG


Harvesting and production technique
Obtained from grapes harvested when ripe in order to guarantee a significant natural alcohol content. The treading is followed by a 12-hour maceration performed at a temperature of 12°C to extract aromas and structure. Alcoholic fermentation follows at 18°C.

Organoleptic characteristics
Colour: bright and intense straw yellow.
Bouquet: the classic hint of almond stands out along with a reminiscence of peach.
Flavour: extremely smooth, full-bodied, free from any acid hint.

It goes wonderfully with classic Italian appetizers, elaborate first courses, fish and white meat dishes.

Obtained from the Tocai Friulano vine, a historical variety whose cultivation, in the Veneto region, dates back to the nineteenth century. The grapes come from our vineyards.
