Harvesting and production technique
The treading is followed by a 12-hour maceration performed at a temperature of 12°C to extract aromas and structure. Alcoholic fermentation follows at 18°C.

Organoleptic characteristics
Colour: bright and intense straw yellow.
Bouquet: the classic hint of almond stands out along with a reminiscence of peach.
Flavour: extremely smooth, full-bodied, free from any acid hint.

It goes wonderfully with classic Italian appetizers and aged cheeses. In this area of the Veneto region, it’s the classic conversation wine.

Wine obtained with Tocai Friulano grapes harvested in our vineyards. Historical variety, widespread in this area of the Veneto region.
