Harvesting and production technique
Immediate pressing of the grapes and fermentation of the must at a temperature of 18°C to safeguard the aromas.
Before bottling, the wine is placed in autoclaves for the second fermentation which takes place in 30 days. The crown cap is used for closure to facilitate uncorking.

Organoleptic characteristics
Colour: pale straw yellow.
Bouquet: clear, with fragrances of white flowers.
Flavour: pleasant for its freshness and for the elegant sensation created on the palate by the natural carbon dioxide.

This is a wine to accompany delicate dishes and for the whole meal. It’s nice as an aperitif and therefore to be consumed in cheerful company.

Obtained with white berried grapes harvested before complete maturation to preserve the sensation of pleasant freshness.
