Harvesting and production technique
The grapes are harvested when ripe and immediately taken to the cellar for treading. This is followed by cold maceration for 8 hours to give the wine a beautiful golden colour.

Organoleptic characteristics
Colour: bright straw yellow.
Bouquet: clear scent of acacia flowers and honey.
Flavour: seductive for the sweet taste, for the dry and fresh aftertaste and for the marked persistence.

This is ideal to accompany small dry pastries and tarts and it’s also invigorating to restore good humor.

Autochthonous Veneto-Friuli variety with grapes which, when ripe, take on a beautiful golden yellow colour, the same which is then passed on to the wine.
