Harvesting and production technique
After harvesting, the grapes are subjected to maceration which lasts for about 7 days in order to obtain the right colour and the contribution of sweet tannins. This is followed by refinement in steel tanks.

Organoleptic characteristics
Colour: intense ruby red with violet reflections.
Bouquet: the typical and elegant herbaceous fragrance stands out accompanied by hints of blackberry.
Flavour: enjoyable for the perfect balance between structure and softness.

This is excellent with braised and baked meats.
