Harvesting and production technique
The grapes are harvested before complete maturation to preserve freshness, they are immediately taken to the cellar for treading. The separation from the peels is immediate to obtain a soft and fragrant wine.

Colour: bright straw yellow.
Bouquet: pleasant scent of golden apple and white flowers.
Flavour: enjoyable for its soft structure and great freshness, pleasantly lively.
