Harvesting and production technique
The grapes, harvested when fully ripe, are gently pressed and the maceration, to extract noble tannins and colour, lasts for 6 days. Spontaneous decantation follows and refinement in steel tanks.
Organoleptic characteristics
Colour: intense ruby red.
Bouquet: very pleasant for the fruity scents and reminiscence of raspberry and plum.
Flavour: sapid, structured, with a marked softness.
This is excellent with succulent first courses, it finds nice combinations with oven-cooked or grilled meats.
